GrokTechs.com

Three jobs. One place to send them.

GrokTechs helps businesses with everyday IT, installs Grok Bots so repetitive work moves faster, and installs Zero Trust networks such as ThreatLocker. You submit a ticket. If you need a login or a call instead, ask for that. A person follows up.

What we do

Not a software product. Work we will take.

Each service is a kind of job you can put on a ticket. The longer explanation is on the services page. Nothing below is a price, a package, or a promise about timing.

  1. 01

    Everyday IT

Computers, accounts, email, printers, Wi-Fi, and the failure that stopped someone this morning. You describe what happened. You do not have to name the cause.

    Grok Bot install

We install Grok Bots into work your team already does, so repeated questions and routine steps are not waiting on a person every time. Tell us the workflow. We do not pick a package for you on this site.

    Zero Trust, including ThreatLocker

We install Zero Trust networks. ThreatLocker is one product we use for that. Software and access are allowed on purpose, not because a device happens to be in the office. This site does not claim a certification or quote a license.

What we will and will not claim

How a ticket works

You write it. The desk checks it. You get an id.

  1. 01

    You send the facts

Name, company, email, phone, what you need, and how urgent it feels from your side.

  2. 02

    Both sides check

The page rejects a blank or broken field. The server checks the same things again before it stores anything.

  3. 03

    You get an id

A ticket comes back as GT-1001 or the next number. Use that id when you talk to us about the job.

  4. 04

    A person responds

Timing is not published here. If you need a call, request a callback and name a window that suits you.

On this site

The assistant can file the request with you.

Open Assistant on any page. It answers a short set of questions about the three services, then walks through a ticket, an account request, or a callback one or two fields at a time. It will not invent a price, an SLA, business hours, an address, or a certification. The same forms are on their own pages if you would rather type them yourself.
