Services

The work GrokTechs will take.

Three services. Everyday IT. Installing Grok Bots to speed up a workflow. Installing Zero Trust networks such as ThreatLocker. If a number matters, price, hours, or how fast someone will answer, it is not on this page. Put the job on a ticket or ask for a callback and a person will confirm it.

01

Everyday IT

This is the unglamorous work a business feels the same day it breaks. A computer that will not sign in. A mailbox that stopped receiving. A printer the front desk depends on. A new person who needs an account before they can start. Wi-Fi that is fine in one room and useless in another.

GrokTechs takes that work as a ticket. Write what the person was trying to do and what happened instead. You do not need a diagnosis, a brand of software, or a theory. If several people are blocked, say so, and mark urgency as you feel it. Urgency is your description. It is not a service level.

Put these on the ticket

  • Who is affected, by name or by role.
  • What they were trying to do.
  • What happened instead, including any message on the screen if you have it.
  • How urgent it feels: low, normal, high, or urgent.

02

Grok Bot install

A bot is useful when it removes a step people already repeat. It is not useful as another login nobody opens.

GrokTechs installs Grok Bots so they sit in the work your team already does. The point is fewer repeated questions, fewer drafts that start from a blank page, and fewer handoffs that wait in a queue. That is what “maximize workflow” means here: less idle time between steps, not a new dashboard for its own sake.

This page does not name a package, a price, or the systems a bot will connect to. Those depend on the workflow. On the ticket, name the workflow, who uses it, and what “done” looks like. A person will say what is possible. The assistant on this website is not that installed bot. It only explains the service and files the request.

03

ThreatLocker and Zero Trust

Zero Trust, in plain language, means the network does not trust a device or a program just because it is inside the building. Access and software are allowed on purpose. GrokTechs installs networks built that way. ThreatLocker is one product we install when that is the control you want.

This is not a ThreatLocker brochure. GrokTechs does not publish a certification, a partner badge, a license price, or a rollout schedule here. If you want this installed, say so on a ticket or a callback: how many people, whether you already use ThreatLocker, and what you are trying to stop. A person confirms scope, cost, and timing.

What we will not invent

No price. No hours. No “we are certified” line. No claim that a tool makes a business safe by itself. The install is the job. The limits get settled with a person, not with this page.

Send the job

Use the ticket form, or open the assistant and say which of the three you want.
